LUBUZE HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE REHABILITATION PROGRESS REPORT
First phase of work is almost complete to about 90% . The following has been done :
1 Student kits – 10 kits supplied and science teachers are happy with what constitutes each kit

2. Respraying frames, students benches and demo bench ,fitting of new tops – neatly done and completed

3. Student stools – 30 lab stools received
4. Fume cupboard with extraction system – fitted and functional well

5. Gas reticulation system with double gas taps on wall and demo benches- beautifully done and functional

6. Water reticulation and waste systems done completely

7.New double steel door -supplied

8. Connection of water from Jojo tank to lab- partially done

9. Electrical system – done and completed
Outstanding work to be done

10. Fitting of new double steel door -parents to do it in the next few days as soon as our builder is available

11. Connection of water from Jojo tank -the school is in the process of replacing the original jojo tank which was damaged due to poor workmanship by the company that supplied it. To be done within the coming week.

12. Replacement of asbestos sheets and ridges to be done very soon.

In summary great work has been done by Chemsub Supplies and the work is of super quality we greatly appreciate this. The lab can now be used. The company has promised to complete and continue working and assisting the school.

We as Lubuze High School greatly appreciate the work and commitment done by our sponsor and special thanks to Suku and Martin who took their time to come to school and do all the groundwork with us and the company in terms of planning and funding.

We thank everybody involved in this endevour. Special thanks also to Mr J. Sibanda our local chairperson for his commitment and dedication to the success of the project. We do appreciate his supervision efforts which saw him dismissing late at night after working throughout the day.

May I also express my gratitude to Lubuze High Teachers for their commitment in working even during weekends, thumbs up to Miss K. Ncube for her dedication.
